About the event

This will be a lively and interesting talk from local artist Lynda Kettle, allowing us to learn more about what makes her tick!

Lynda says " from my firs school play I loved the magic of the theatre!  My art school experience led to a degree in theatre design.  My career began as a Theatre Designer continuing to the BBC and a profession as an Art Director and Production Designer.  A wonderful profession for 30 years, where I was responsible for the set design of many popular television programmes such as 'Angels', 'Howard's Way', 'Two Point Four Children' as well as quiz shows, plays, light entertainment and childrens' programmes.

"I give a presentation on my experience, for which I bring along photographs, press cuttings, drawings and models of some of the many television programmes that I have designed, with which the audience will be familiar and that will be of interest".

Open to current members, who may invite a non-member guest for £3, space allowing.  Please confirm your attendance in advance by emailing bookings.exmouthartgroup@gmail.com
