About the event
Jo is doing a form of creativity coaching, This is with her hat of psychotherapy/medicine (as a doctor) and her fine art training.
Her talk will entail looking at what creativity means personally to people along with some practical exercises, including a little work with the imagination and will include a bit of creative drawing as an option. Attendees will need to bring a small sketchbook and pencil or other mark making tool for that. Jo will cover collage/colour and work for increasing confidence.
It is essential that everyone, and especially artists, know how to get the best of themselves, creatively speaking. Jo will break for a tea and chat half way through. It isn't really a workshop - more just a way of experimenting.
This talk is called 'Journey to Creativity Place'. Jo also has a book people can buy on this theme, at author's copy rates, should any want to take it further.
